Surf & Turf Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of arnold Oatnut bread
  • 6oz steak, cooked medium rare and sliced
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and cooked
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • Bib lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • ½ small can chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the ½ can chipotles and adobo sauce and pulse.
  2. Add the mayo and lime juice, and pulse until mixed. Set aside.
  3. On two slices of Oatnut bread, generously spread the chipotle mayo.
  4. Divide the sliced steak among the two slices and top each with 3 shrimp, cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce.
  5. Top each sandwich with remaining slices of bread and enjoy!
