Ingredients

4 slices of Arnold Oatnut bread
-
6oz steak, cooked medium rare and sliced
-
6 large shrimp, peeled and cooked
-
2 slices swiss cheese
-
½ tomato, sliced
-
Bib lettuce
-
1/2 cup mayo
-
½ small can chipotles in adobo sauce
-
1 lime, juiced
Directions
- In a food processor, add the ½ can chipotles and adobo sauce and pulse.
- Add the mayo and lime juice, and pulse until mixed. Set aside.
- On two slices of Oatnut bread, generously spread the chipotle mayo.
- Divide the sliced steak among the two slices and top each with 3 shrimp, cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce.
- Top each sandwich with remaining slices of bread and enjoy!
