Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Arnold White bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg, fried
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 2 slices Gruyère cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • Sriracha

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack egg in skillet and fry until whites are cooked through, and yolk is set to desired firmness.
  3. Layer spinach, Gruyère cheese, turkey bacon and fried egg on 1 slice of toast.
  4. Drizzle with Sriracha, top with second slice of toast, and enjoy.
