Ingredients
- 8 slices of arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
- 8 oz. smoked turkey breast
- 8 oz. black forest ham
- 1/4 c. sour cherry preserves
- 1/4 c. whole grain mustard
- 4 slices sharp provolone cheese
- 4 slices mild swiss cheese
- 1 c. granny smith apples, sliced
Instructions
- Combine cherry preserves with whole grain mustard.
- Spread the mixture on one side of all 8 slices of bread.
- Top 4 of the slices with sliced apples.
- On a cookie sheet, divide the turkey into 4 piles.
- Top the turkey with ham divided equally amongst all 4 stacks.
- Top each stack with 1 slice of provolone cheese and 1 slice of swiss cheese.
- Place the pan in a 350 degree preheated oven for 4 minutes or until the cheese has completely melted over the top of the meat.
- emove the pan from the oven and place each stack on top of the bread with apples on it.
- Top with the other slice of bread and serve.
