Ingredients
- 4 slices of arnold Oatnut bread
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced and diced
- 2 radishes, diced fine
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 carrot, shredded and diced
- 3 tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed, diced fine
- salt and pepper to taste
- romaine lettuce
- sliced tomato
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce and tomato together until creamy and smooth.
- Place lettuce and tomato on one slice of bread.
- Top with half of the mixture.
- Place second slice of bread on top.
- Repeat above steps for the second sandwich.
