Simply Satisfying Turkey & Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients (1 serving)
2 slices Arnold® Healthfull® Steel Cut Oats and Honey bread
1.5 tablespoon mustard (divided between 2 slices of bread)
2 oz. lean deli turkey
1 oz. low-fat mozzarella
4 slices tomatoes
2 leaves spring lettuce
Spread mustard onto a slice of bread; layer with turkey, mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce. Cut in half and serve.
