Turkey, Pear and Walnut Sandwich

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 tbsp goat cheese
1 bartlett pear cored and thinly sliced
2 oz. deli turkey breast
1 tbsp toasted walnuts (finely, chopped)
1/2 c. spinach leaves
Directions 

Spread 1 tablespoon goat cheese evenly over each bread slice. Sprinkle 1/2 walnuts evenly over two bread slices. Top each evenly with pear slices, turkey, spinach leaves, and remaining bread slice. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
