Ingredients (1 serving)
2 slices Arnold® Country White bread
1 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
1 tbsp. jelly
Directions 

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Spread peanut butter and jelly on both slices of bread, leaving a one-inch space on one end. Starting with the end with the most jelly, roll up into a sushi roll. Pinch seam closed. Turn seam down, and slice into half-inch pieces of sushi. Enjoy!
