2 tbsp. goat cheese
4 arugula leaves, shredded
1 tbsp. pine nuts
2 slices beet, thinly sliced
Directions 

Evenly spread goat cheese on one half of the Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins® roll. Lay beet slice and lay on arugula leaves. Sprinkle pine nuts over each roll. Enjoy!
