1 over easy egg
2 slices tomato
1 cup spinach leaves
Directions 

In a skillet, crack eggs in pan and cook to desired firmness. Place tomato and spinach leaves onto bottom half of a Sandwich Thins® roll. Top with over easy egg; replace top half of the Sandwich Thins® roll and enjoy.
