Egg and Avocado Toast

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 eggs, fried
Directions 

Mash 1 ripe avocado with 1/2 tsp. of lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl. Spread mixture on 4 slices of toasted bread. Top each slice of toast with 1 fried egg. Serve and enjoy!
