Ingredients (1 serving)
1 tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsp. raisins
2 oz. grilled chicken strips
2 oz. turkey slice
2 leaves Romaine lettuce
2 slices tomato
Directions 

Toast bread lightly. Spread both slices with light cream cheese. Place chicken strips, turkey, Romaine lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots and raisins on top of one slice, and then place the other bread slice on top.

Enjoy with a glass of milk or 100% apple juice and you have a healthy meal!
