Ingredients (1 serving)
1/4 c. chicken, cooked, shredded
1 slice bacon, cooked, cut into 1/2” pieces
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/2 egg, large, hard-boiled, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. yogurt, plain, low-fat milk
3/4 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 tsp. blue cheese, crumbled
1 leaf lettuce
Directions 

To make the dressing, mix the crumbled blue cheese, yogurt, mayo, and buttermilk together. Spread the dressing on the bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll and cover with lettuce. Then, add shredded chicken, tomato slices, bacon slices, chopped egg, and sliced avocado. Replace the top half of the roll and enjoy.
