Better-For-You Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Season ground chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste; then, mix in water. Shape meat into a patty and set aside. Heat a nonstick griddle pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add patty and sear until golden; meat will release when ready to flip. Flip patty and cover until fully cooked, about 8 additional minutes.
Meanwhile, mix yogurt with hot sauce. Spread mix on bottom half of Sandwich Thins roll; then, add cooked patty. Next, sprinkle blue cheese on top of patty and top with the other half of the roll. Enjoy!
