Ingredients (1 serving)
1/2 c. boneless, skinless chicken, cooked and cubed
1 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. celery, chopped
1 small tomato, quartered
Directions 

Combine chicken with mayonnaise and celery, and place between two slices of bread. Cut in half, and serve on a plate, garnished with quartered tomato.
