Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 Arnold Multi-Grain® roll
- 1 medium chicken breast, cooked
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 slices onion
- 1 tbsp. Caesar dressing, low calorie
Preheat a nonstick griddle or skillet to medium-high. Grill each side of the chicken breast for 5 to 7 minutes, making sure chicken is thoroughly cooked. Split open the Pocket Thins® flatbread pocket and fill it with lettuce, sliced chicken breast, onion and bell peppers. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top of the sandwich. Enjoy!
