- 1/2 Arnold 100% Whole Wheat® thin
- 2 oz. chicken, cooked and sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp roasted pepper hummus
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; preheat to medium-high. Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and cooked through, flipping once, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread hummus inside Pocket Thin®. Fill with chicken slices, cucumber slices and sprouts.
