Gobbled Our Way to the Turkey Month

Turkey Month has finally arrived! While most reserve turkey for Thanksgiving only, we’re celebrating turkey all month long. We started thinking about different ways to incorporate delicious turkey into everyday meals without losing sight of your January 1st resolutions.

Our tasty Turkey Kale Chimichurri Sandwich with jalapeño and cilantro is sure to have your taste buds gobbling with delight!

Arnold Healthfull® Bread is made with 100% whole grains, and has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread, specifically, is perfect for the fall with seasonal sunflower seeds, you can’t go wrong.  
 

Ingredients:

2 slices Arnold Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread
3 oz. sliced turkey
¼ c. fresh spinach
2 tomato slices
2 red onion slices

This Recipe Makes One Sandwich

Directions:

In a blender, combine kale, lime juice, olive oil, jalapeno, and cilantro; puree. Spread the mixture on one slice of bread. Top with turkey, spinach, red onion slices and tomato. Place second slice of bread on top.
