We all have our favorite classic sandwiches: PB&J, BLT, Grilled Cheese, and so on.

As much as we may love these lunchtime regulars, they may not always match up with our resolutions to make better eating choices.

One way to take steps towards making better eating choices is to make simple swaps such as delicious whole grain bread for white bread.

Turkey, Avocado, BLTs
Ingredients:
• Arnold Healthfull® Bread - Flax & Sunflower, Nuts & Seeds, or Steel Cut Oats & Honey.
• Turkey, carved fresh or deli
• Avocados
• Bacon, crispy and drained
• Lettuce
• Tomato

Directions:
1. Start by gathering your ingredients for the sandwich.
2. Cook up the bacon and drain well.
3. Chop up the lettuce, tomato and avocado.
4. Toast the Arnold Healthfull® bread.
5. Assemble your sandwich and enjoy.
